The room I booked was rather disappointing. It was advertised as a King Bedded Room, yet it felt smaller than expected. The housekeeping service also needs attention. Towels were not changed daily, and I had to request basics like toilet paper, which I find unacceptable.

The room was cramped. Opening the suitcase became an elaborate dance. the breakfast buffet needed attention. Several items looked like they had been under the heat lamp since Tuesday.

My stay had some significant issues. The banging and rushing water noises disrupted my sleep the first night. Staff suggested turning off the heating, made the room cold. Despite reporting the problem, it was not resolved until the following day. It was disappointing.

The breakfast was a good selection. The staff were helpful and pleasant. I chose this location because my children love swimming. The pool is a great size and floats are available for kids during allotted hours. I also used the hydrotherapy pool.
The room was small. I could hear everything from the corridor. Every time someone opened a door I could hear it clearly.

The Classic Family Room included bunk beds. The room was clean. The space suited my family, even with the bunk beds. I found this room type perfect for the duration of my stay.

I ate two evening meals at the hotel. The view from the dining area overlooks the river. Waking up to that river view was a highlight. I especially recommend the cod.
